It’s called The Auto Collections and it’s located on the 5th floor of the Imperial Palace. Once you’ve made it through the madness of the lobby casino, past the Michael Jackson impersonator, the water massage tables and onto the elevator, you’ll arrive into a world of automotive euphoria. Quiet (unlike The Strip), blissfully air-conditioned and not too packed, The Auto Collections is a real gem of a car museum.
With over 300 models on display at any given time, The Auto Collections features rare, classic rides that you can purchase (if your wallet permits) or just gawk at like the rest of us commoners. From ‘80s-era Ford, Lancia and MG rally cars to vintage Ferraris, Chryslers and Rolls; every car on display will make your jaw drop a little further.
Once you get past the wooden door frames into the display hall, you’ll be glad you paid the US$ 8.95 entrance fee, and may even pay it again to visit the next day.
