Here is one reason why General Motors has had to go through bankruptcy: this car was AWFUL, ugly, put together by drunk squirrels on acid and it drove like a one too. No redeeming qualities whatsoever!
2006 Maserati Quattroporte
This one was special. I negotiated a one day test drive “deal” with our local Ferrari-Maserati dealer. I was excited: Italian, sexy and expensive! I managed to get to my parent's house, roughly 15 km away, only to have the car die on me with transmission trouble... Jeremy Clarkson said it best: “Italian cars are stylish but temperamental”.

Big, bold, uber-powerful and in my garage! Although the R8 4.2 looked right in the garage a few weeks earlier, the mere sight of this super-Japanese made my knees tremble. That, and the walls of my apartment building did the same when I started her up in the morning. Oh, and fast! Oh so fast!!
