Hercules Alpha

If we’re being honest, some of the pickups being announced in the current flurry of presentations will never see the light of day. But for now, it's hard to know which ones. For example, it was thought that the Nicola Badger would become a real live actual truck given the partnership that startup entered into with General Motors. But in pretty quick order, the startup sought bankruptcy and the partnership has been cancelled. Shows how quickly things are churning in the trade right now. As of now, it's unclear what will happen to the Badger.
The Hercules Alpha, which seems to be based on the Nissan Titan, is another model with a decidedly uncertain future. The vehicle is the product of a company that was founded in December 2018 in Detroit. On the company's website, the model is described as offering a range of 483 km, a four-engine configuration, all-wheel drive and some 1,000 hp. As for production, the most optimistic forecasts point to the year 2022. We’ll see.
