This side of the Atlantic, six Canadian cities were among the most congested in 2012, including Vancouver (2nd), Toronto (6th), Montreal (10th), Ottawa (18th), Calgary (26th), and Edmonton (34th).
Here's the top 10:

5.Seattle
6.Toronto
