You wish you had been caught doing it. Admit it, sometimes you just want to say screw it and park wherever and however you feel, with no consideration for others.
I love scouring lots and streets for culprits that either think this way or worse, have no discernible skills or abilities behind the wheel of a car and firmly believe that they've done a great job.
