4- Toyota C-HR
Meet the rebel of the segment, at least in terms of its styling. This is especially surprising in that it’s a Toyota product! The C-HR sports lines that are the subject of polarizing debate, but we’re not complaining. This is a genuine breath of fresh air that departs from the Japanese automaker’s generally soporific designs.
As for the product itself, it represents a solid buy, unsurprisingly, but it suffers for not having all-wheel drive, even as an option. We should remember, though, that the C-HR was originally supposed to be a Scion, with quite a different mandate than it now has.
