On February 5, 1949, the New York Show hosted its first international section, allowing European manufacturers to show their post-war designs. The following year, in April 1950, Aston Martin presented its DB2 model, a subsequent version of which would become a legend. We refer of course to the DB5 used by agent 007, James Bond.

The DB2 would be produced until April 1953, and in total only 411 of them were built.
