On April 10th, the start signal for the new DTM season will be given in Wiesbaden.
Following a successful premiere last year, the DTM touring-car series will again present itself to its fans in the capital of the federal state of Hessen, where Audi and Mercedes-Benz will show their respective driver line-ups and DTM cars for the upcoming season.
Next to spectacular driving and pit stop demonstrations with the DTM cars, there will be plenty of entertainment for the entire family: ranging from stunt shows and displays of the DTM’s series sponsors and premium car manufacturers, competitions, photo shoots with the DTM Grid Girls to live concerts, there will be many activities for all visitors.
In 2010, the season launch with 110,000 visitors and beautiful weather was an instant success and an impressive premiere in Wiesbaden. Again, access to the 2011 DTM launch in front of the Kurhaus in Wiesbaden will be free of charge.
The opening round of the 2011 DTM season will be presented on the Hockenheimring, on May 1st.
