WTCC: BMW to reduce its implication in 2010

According to circulating news in Europe, BMW will reduce its implication in the WTCC championship next year, running only two 320s for Augusto Farfus and Andy Priaulx, instead of seven cars this year.

RBM team would run the two works BMW in 2010 for Farfus and Priaulx. This seaon, seven works 320 were entered in the WTCC series with the teams RBM (Priaulx), Schnitzer (Farfus and J. Müller), and ROAL Ravaglia (Zanardi et Hernandez).

For 2010, Schnitzer and ROAL would still run BMW cars, but probably in another series.

In the meantime, Spanish car manufacturer Seat still did not confirm its plans for next year. Seat entered ran seven Leon Tdi’s this year and took both the constructors’ and drivers’ WTCC titles.
