And the word sophisticated just about sums up the new Maxima SE. Its interior is phenomenal, both in design and execution, exterior bold and daring, but much more cohesive than previous iterations of the company's oldest nameplate, and performance beyond anything the brand has achieved to date, with four doors affixed that is. I, for one, am not usually too fond of front drivers, but the Maxima won me over once I figured out how to tame the wild beast that lurked under the hood. It's yet another winner from Nissan.
