When it comes to exterior styling, the 2013 i-MiEV has most people agreeing to disagree…opinions on this matter range from 'cute' to 'cart'. Price
The base price ranges from $33,998 (ES) to $35,498 (SE) before government rebates, which makes the i-MiEV the most affordable EV on the Canadian market at this time.
Recharging Times
The i-MiEV battery recharges in approximately 22 hours when plugged into a standard 120 V outlet, or 7 hours from a 240 V outlet. The optional CHAdeMO ultrafast charging station can recharge the battery to 80% capacity in less than 30 minutes.

Very few changes were applied to the 2012 model. Its ovoid shape makes heads swivel. The cockpit is rather subdued and comes with standard cloth seats which can be updated to a richer fabric in the SE version, along with leather-covered shifter-knob and steering wheel.
The i-MiEV comes equipped with a standard remote system that provides remote preheating, cooling and timer recharge as well as keyless entry and heated driver seat.

The i-MiEV can travel an estimated 100 kilometres between charges, depending on both driving habits and weather conditions.

The i-MiEV offers 377 litres of cargo room, which is expanded to an amazing 1,430 litres by lowering the rear seats, which is remarkable for a vehicle of this size.
