ZAP is one of the most famous automakers in the world and a pioneer in the electric car industry. The manufacturer has just announced that they are now taking orders for the Alias, their three-wheel electric car, with a US$1,000 deposit. The ZAP Alias will be available at the end of 2009.
The Alias's revised sales prices remains under US$35,000. The first technical specs were considerably different than what the manufacturer is currently offering.
