CEO Tom LaSorda and Chinese auto manufacturer Chery came to an agreement that will provide Chrysler with a small car destined for the global market.
Nothing has yet been confirmed the name and under which brand the subcompact will be sold. Everybody seems to be pointing the finger at the Dodge Hornet concept that was unveiled at the 2006 Geneva auto show, but Chrysler spokesperson Jason Vines won't give any more details at this time.
The agreement still has to get the Chinese government's approval.
