LaFerrari Aperta, GTC4Lusso T, and more!

Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, Ferrari stole the spotlight at the 2016 Paris Auto Show.

Of course, history will mostly remember the world premiere of the incredible LaFerrari Aperta roadster, a special edition of the LaFerrari coupe designed for its most passionate customers and limited to just 200 units (sold out already), and also the global debut of the stunning GTC4Lusso T, the first Ferrari 4-seater to sport a turbocharged V8 engine.

However, the exotic Italian automaker also wowed the crowd by giving a unique look to every other Ferrari model on display at its stand. Among them, there were:

  • - F12 Berlinetta « The Stirling », inspired by the 250 GT Berlinetta SWB that won the 1961 Tourist Trophy with Stirling Moss behind the wheel;
  • - California T « The Steve McQueen », based on the 1963 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso that the famous actor/race car driver bought for his first wife, Neile Adams;
  • - 488 GTB « The Schumacher », a tribute to the F2003-GA car that helped Michael Schumacher win the F1 Championship in 2003;
  • - 488 Araignée « The Green  Jewel », whose green livery is borrowed from David Piper Racing’s 365 P2 cars.
