The second day of practice in preparation for the upcoming
Indianapolis 500 has been called off because of the rain at the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

On Saturday, even though there was intermittent rain all thru the six-hour period practice, most of the teams and drivers were able to run of few laps before the end of the day with Ed Carpenter setting the fastest time on his debut with Sarah Fisher Racing.
Under this year's format, practice is scheduled to be held for six hours each day through to next Friday, before qualifying takes place during the weekend.
