Available engines include a 1.5L turbo (134 hp) and a 2.0L 4-cylinder (189 hp). But unlike the 3-door version, this Cooper offers no John Cooper Works edition with 189-hp turbo engine. Again, both the manual and the optional automatic transmissions are of the 6-speed variety.
