An official look at the car's interior won't be available until it is launched in its home market later this month, but look
forward to even better materials than the already well put together model, and an improved layout. As before, the Epica will play the value card, offering high standard spec for the dollar, while the options list will have grown to include a faux wood-rimmed steering wheel, and touch-screen navigation system. Fancy options or not, it will certainly have a tough job swaying buyers away from the new Hyundai Sonata and smartly-priced Ford Fusion.
While the Tosca is just starting to begin production, it won't go on sale until early 2006. No dates have been announced for its introduction elsewhere, but the Geneva Motor Show seems like a logical location as Chevrolet of Europe's headquarters are in Zurich, Switzerland. A North American introduction would probably come during mid or late 2006 as a 2007 model year product, joined alongside by a revamped version of the Aveo subcompact.
