Chevrolet Spark LS - $9,995 (plus $1,600 transport and preparation)
The little Chevrolet Spark is the only car still available in Canada with a list price (before taxes and fees) under the $10,000 mark – albeit by 5 measly dollars.
Note that at that attractive price, the smallest Chevy on the market comes with a five-speed manual gearbox, plus Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Not bad!
