Best EV Under $35,000: 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV

This is a new category, which only makes sense as the number of EVs coming onto the market continues to grow. The new SUV version of Chevy’s Bolt EV hasn’t had it easy since the company began its development, for all sorts of reasons, what with recalls and production delays that undermined its launch. But it’s here now, and it’s nice to see it rewarded. Chevrolet’s decision to cut pricing on the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV looks like a wise choice.
