The front seats are pretty comfortable (though the roof-mounted seatbelt holder will annoy some) and the instrument panel keeps everything at hand. The instrument panel is kind of special, since it's integrated, which means the knobs for the stereo and the climate control aren't actually attached to the systems they control so they're lined up better for form and style. The side airbags that are becoming de riguer on other new vehicles are missing in the Tundra and will be for some time, which is not a good thing.

Tundra will be available in several configurations: 4x2 or 4x4 V-6 Regular Cab in DLX trim, 4x4 V-6 Access Cab in SR5 trim, and 4x2 and 4x4 V-8 Access Cab in SR5 trim. Prices have not been set yet (that will happen close to launch date this fall), but look for them to be in line with what Chevrolet, Dodge and Ford pickups that are comparably equipped if not comparably capable.
