What particularly distinguishes the SUT is the reconfigurable Midgate, which lowers to create a 4-foot by 6-foot pickup bed. But there are other features of note, including:
-"Global Express Down" button lowers all four side windows and the Midgate glass
-the sunroof, rear spare tire carrier and medium wheat leather seats come standard
-there's an optional luxury interior with all ebony surfaces and up-level interior trim
-a touch-screen DVD navigation radio system is also optional, and so is a Premium Bose audio system
-for safety and security, there's OnStar with its one-year Safe & Sound service plan.
New accessories include a locking tonneau cover for the pickup bed, and a lockable tool and jack storage box in the side wall of the cargo area.

H2 SUT also has a ''level of unique design, functionality and capability that offers owners a sense of freedom that appeals to their youthful, active lifestyles,'' DiGiovanni adds.
Hummer H2 owners can already carry passengers, cargo or a combination of the two. With SUT, Hummer adds even more flexibility, DiGiovanni points out.
When an SUT owners is carrying four passengers, the bulkhead at the rear of the passenger compartment remains upright, providing over 30 cubic feet of cargo-carrying capacity.
When cargo requirements dictate the need for more space, the rear window can be powered into the Midgate, and the Midgate and the rear seat folded forward, offering a 4-foot by 6-foot pickup bed.
Optional rubber bed mats help keep the cargo area clean, while a locking hard tonneau cover provides cargo security. Both accessories may be ordered individually, DiGiovanni says, as may bed rail cover inserts and a removable, locking cargo box.
