The other available engine is a robust and willing 3.0-liter V6, developed by Ford. Making 215-horsepower and 199 lb-ft of torque, the V6 is down on power compared to its competitors which feature bigger displacement motors. For those who find that the V6 isn't enough, Mazda will also offer the Mazdaspeed6 (6 MPS in other markets), which integrates a turbocharged and intercooled version of the 2.3-liter I-4, delivering a Legacy GT-challenging 274-horsepower. The system is further backed by all-wheel drive, and a sports-tuned suspension system.
