Can you live without a navigation system, a power tilt steering wheel and seats with a gazillion electric adjustments? I can. I'd even skip all-wheel drive and take the C230 with the same packages as this test car, and end up with a very likable Mercedes-Benz that would check in at just under 39 grand.
The C230 is a silky-smooth sedan that seems to do almost everything right. And let's not forget; less gadgets means less troubles and lower maintenance costs in the long run. For a Mercedes Lite, it works for me.
