I have to admit that I’ve literally fallen in love with this big crossover. It looks great with its massive, gaping signature Audi maw. Its lines are fluid and despite its intimidating dimensions, you only realize how truly big it is once you’re standing beside it.

Comfortable, attractive and relatively fuel-efficient, it’s got everything it needs to become one of the best crossovers on the market.

Obviously, as a luxury product it features lots of flashy rubbish like chrome accents, LED tail lights, chrome roof rails and. However, tinted windows assure a little privacy. Only the exhaust tips disappoint, not fitting in too well with the rest of the ensemble and somewhat lacking in class.

The interior is spectacular, in typical Audi fashion, including seats as comfortable as if they were moulded. The automaker is currently producing nice, well-built cabins featuring quality materials that make for a very classy interior.

A high fashion ergonomic with abundant and practical features, such as the push-button starter. The reverse camera works miracles in the parking lot. Audi’s MMI interface is a little intimidating at first, but once you start using it quickly becomes apparent that the engineering team designed it to be intuitive and user-friendly.

On top of its gargantuan proportions, occupants benefit from a sunroof that lets the light flood in. Space is extremely generous, and when the two microscopic third-row seats aren’t in use, you end up with a cargo area bigger than a walk-in closet. But although the Q7 claims to be a seven-seater, it actually features five comfortable seats and two quarantine areas.

Something that did annoy me a little though, was the location of the AC vents for the rear seats. Located on the B pillars right next to the head of the driver and front passenger, you always hear the sound of air circulating when the AC is in use.

The interior is spectacular, in typical Audi fashion.
