Inspired by the ‘60s version, the 2011 Charger has also been completely redesigned. With its lower character lines, its reworked grille and its more-inclined windshield, the car regains its musclecar status. As for powertrains, SE and Rallye trims benefit from the 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 while the R/T keeps its 5.7-litre HEMI V8, and all-wheel drive is optional. The American automaker has also modernized the cabin, while offering higher-quality materials and improved comfort compared to past models.

Like the Journey, the Grand Caravan gets a brand-new interior, highlighted by a rethought instrument panel, a new steering wheel and better-quality materials, according to Dodge. A nice addition concerns the center console, more stylish and offering plenty of storage. Obviously, the old V6 is replaced by the 3.6-litre Pentastar that develops 283 horsepower. The minivan now gets a 6-speed automatic transmission, another improvement compared to last year’s model. On the outside, the Grand Caravan keeps its profile shape, but the grille has been modified to display Dodge’s new signature, while LED lighting make up the taillights. An R/T version of the Grand Caravan is described by Dodge as being “the ultimate minivan for men”, which would be available in the spring of 2011.
