Under the hood, nothing has changed. The 3.5-litre V6 produces 265 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque, connected to a continuously variable automatic (CVT). We’re wondering why the CrossCabriolet is only available with all-wheel drive; after all, its sales potential is greater in Florida and California than Vermont.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, whatever your opinion is on the CrossCabriolet, it won’t be offered in Canada. Know that in the USA, its MSRP will start at $46,390, roughly $5,000 more than a loaded Murano LE AWD.
According to Nissan, the CrossCabriolet “is not just for cruising South Beach or Malibu. It’s a vehicle to take to lunch, running errands or on a long ski weekend in any part of the country”. You see? This ain’t no joke.
