The M35h has no available options and lists for $67,300 before taxes, freight and delivery charges. In comparison, a similarly equipped Mercedes-Benz E 350 BlueTEC goes for $73,000, while the 2013 Lexus GS 450h's pricing hasn't yet been announced, but expect it to hover above $70k.
The 2012 Infiniti M35h is an elegant, quick, fuel-efficient and luxuriously equipped sedan. On the other hand, nothing makes it truly stand out and there's something disturbing about this car that's hard to pinpoint; in short, it would probably feel less artificial and be more enjoyable if there weren't so many processors at work while you're driving. You can't feel that man-machine connection with the M.
If you're really bent on getting an Infiniti M, though, this would be the one.
