Volkswagen has a strong presence at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show with four model debuts including the all-new Touran and Passat Alltrack, the Sport Coupe Concept GTE, and the Sharan.
The Volkswagen Touran is a multi-purpose vehicle with seating for up to seven. Unavailable in North America, it launches a modern, sporty-looking third generation with as much as 1,980 litres of cargo room, an impressive selection of six engines, and a versatile interior.
The Volkswagen Sharan is a 7-passenger minivan sold in Europe and other markets. It's been redesigned and equipped with many new infotainment features, higher-performing gasoline and diesel engines that promise more fuel economy, as well as new driver assist technologies.
Meanwhile, the new Volkswagen Passat Alltrack is based on the popular midsize sedan and includes all-wheel drive. Rugged lower-body cladding, a reinforced chassis, and several driver assist features are just some of the highlights of this model.
Finally, the Volkswagen Sport Coupe Concept GTE is a plug-in hybrid that achieves 2.0L/100km according to the European test cycle. It offers seating for four and bold exterior styling especially up front.
