Customers have long demanded a five-door Cruze, and GM listened. Today, the all-new 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback was revealed ahead of its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit next week. It will go on sale this fall at a price that has yet to be determined.
Featuring the same technologies as the sedan, the Cruze Hatchback has a unique roof and rear-end structure including wraparound taillamps and an integrated spoiler at the top of the liftgate. It opens to offer 524 litres of cargo space behind the rear seat. With the rear seat folded, cargo space expands to 1,189 litres.
Also, look for a standard 1.4L turbo engine with direct injection, segment-exclusive standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility via the MyLink radio systems, and available 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot.
In North America, the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback will be offered in LT and Premier trims, and with the RS package.
