Benefiting from what the company calls a “major update,” the 2017 Nissan Rogue premiered this weekend at the Miami International Auto Show. It looks poised to continue as Nissan's top-selling vehicle in Canada.
Outside, there’s a new, dynamic front end with Nissan’s signature design cues, plus an available motion-activated liftgate. This is backed by new available Safety Shield technologies including Intelligent Cruise Control and Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection.
Meanwhile, the interior receives new materials and finishers, which provide a more premium look and feel throughout the roomy cabin. The innovative EZ Flex seating system and Divide-N-Hide cargo system remain.
As for the powertrain, all 2017 Nissan Rogue models are equipped with a 170-horsepower 2.5L 4-cylinder engine and Xtronic transmission. Intuitive all-wheel drive is available.
Other options include NissanConnect with navigation and mobile apps on 7.0” colour touchscreen, voice recognition, an Around View monitor with Moving Object Detection (MOD), and radar-based Blind Spot Warning (BSW).
