If you’re a fan of small SUVs and crossovers with a focus on performance, durability and safety, you’ll definitely want to check out the brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, which goes on sale across Canada in July.
The 2018 Subaru Crosstrek lineup starts with the new Convenience entry-level model at $23,695, which features a new 6.5” multimedia touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, air conditioning, a tilt and telescoping steering column, 17” alloy wheels, plus a 152-horsepower engine with all-wheel drive and torque vectoring.
The Touring model, priced from $25,295, adds fog lights, heated front seats, new premium cloth upholstery, automatic climate control, a 6-speaker audio system and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Next is the Sport at $27,705, which also includes steering-responsive LED headlights, a power glass sunroof, the Subaru Rear/Side Vehicle Detection system with Blind Spot Detection and Rear Cross-traffic Alert, a power driver’s seat, an 8” infotainment system and more. The EyeSight advanced safety system is available here ($1,500).
In all of these cases, the standard 6-speed manual gearbox can be replaced by a Lineartronic CVT for $1,300 extra.
Finally, at $31,695, the top-of-the-line Limited model stands out with 18” alloy wheels, leather seating surfaces, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, a premium Harman Kardon 8-speaker audio system and navigation. EyeSight is optional, as well.
