With summer right around the corner, sports cars are once again gracing Canada’s roads. And it’s pretty hard to overlook the spectacular new models that are available to drivers across the country.
We at Auto123.com therefore had no other choice but to put these latest machines to the test, particularly with regard to performance and driving dynamics. Over the upcoming days, we will present you the results of our week-long evaluations and comparisons while highlighting the various attributes of these top athletes.
The list is comprised of several highly-anticipated models like the all-new 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, whose styling is a real head-turner. Of course, we picked other modern muscle cars, including the revamped 2010 Ford Mustang GT and last year’s star, the Dodge Challenger SRT8.
Yet this sports-car battle wouldn’t be complete without a few Asian rivals. We tested the Mazda RX-8 and Nissan 370Z -- both all-new for 2009 -- and last but not least, the freshly-introduced Hyundai Genesis Coupe, based on the NACOTY Genesis Sedan.
