During the past year Koehler held positions responsibility for management and allocation of resources, establishment of work plans with timing deliverables and metrics, finance and budget planning, as well as the articulation of a vision for the business of design within Ford Motor Company in North America.

Koehler was also responsible for communicating various plans to the program teams, the supply base and dealers.
