Audi R8 encompasses entire brand history (picture)

Car buffs and anyone who digs cool ads will no doubt love the latest marketing coup from Audi, in collaboration with Spanish-based agency DDB.

The matryoshka-style montage shows a cut of the R8 coupe incorporating four racing models from Audi’s past, including the Ur-Quattro rally car, the NSU TT and Auto Union Type D.

The print ad plays on the tagline “Audi R8: A sporty car full of history” and obviously highlights the company's evolution over the years.
