Brazilian Sid Mosca, one of the most recognised painters of formula one helmets has sadly died.
Mosca, who customised the designs of famous F1 drivers including countrymen Emerson Fittipaldi and Ayrton Senna, died in hospital on Wednesday of cancer at the age of 74.
Here's a recent video produced by the Brazilian TV about Mosca.
Sid created the famous, original design of Ayrton Senna's yellow-blue-and-green helmet very early, when young Ayrton was racing karts.
Other F1 drivers, such as Nelson Piquet, Felipe Massa, Rubens Barrichello and Bruno Senna also had their helmets painted by Sid Mosca.
His helmets carried the signature: "Painted by SID - Brazil". He will be sorely missed.
