2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class debuts at Auto China
Mercedes-Benz is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the Chinese auto market. Having already grown some 53 percent there in the past year, they're currently rated the country's number one brand in customer satisfaction, too. The German automaker has just showcased their compact GLK-Class SUV at Auto China, and it's the first model from the brand to celebrate a world debut there. "It's a testimony to this important and fast-growing market that we are presenting our most significant new model of 2008 in China," said Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars. "After last year's success, which saw Mercedes-Benz China achieve a volume increase of 53 percent, the new GLK will inject additional momentum here and in other markets".
