It's not a common site to see multitudes of Toronto Maple Leaf jerseys peppering the stands of GM Place at a Vancouver Canuck's game, or even a brave number at the Saddle Dome

But enthusiasm for his home team is hardly unusual behavior for Calgarian transplant Kevin Marcotte, since he left the West to become BMW's head of Canadian PR, nor is it for Colin Emms, another ex-Calgarian and Manager of BMW Driver Training in Canada. And now with Calgary heading to the finals they've become "Canada's Team," says Marcotte,

adding, "Many smile and wave their support as I drive through the streets of Leafville!"

The BMW executive decked out his MINI Cooper S company car in Flames regalia when the Western team made it to the playoffs, and before Wednesday evening's game had added crossed-out Canucks and Detroit Red Wings decals to the side windows. "We're hoping to add the fallen Shark logo to the rear window in the very near future," Marcotte said on Wednesday afternoon. With Calgary taking down San Jose in a 3 to 1 victory in game six for a 4 to 2 series win, his wish has been granted.
