Honda Civic Type R
Here is a car that fans of tuning have been dreaming about for years. This mystical model debuted in Japan in 1997, and has been renewed with each new generation of the Civic. Now, the company has announced the arrival of the very last Type R on the North American continent. Honda had previously produced the Si version of the Civic, whose 200 HP engine made its performance capabilities quite prodigious. But that pales in comparison with the new Type R and its rumoured 340 HP motor that will propel the hatchback at near-crazy top speeds.
What’s more, if we go by what information is already out there, the car will also distinguish itself by a brushed-aluminum paint finish that will give it that slightly “wrapped” look so in vogue with some car lovers. It’s a safe bet that this car will be one of the most talked about throughout 2017.
