So will Infiniti build it? Not for North American sale. That said, however, it's entirely possible the vehicle would receive limited popularity in Japan, where the Infiniti brand is currently being introduced. Its respect paid to traditional Japanese culture may win over those with more understanding, and its refined interior elegance could woo a few more would-be buyers.

Like it or not, the Kuraza was successful in creating a lot of buzz at the Infiniti stand, a torrent of conversation that lasted all the way to the local Detroit, airport among the throngs of journalists leaving to go to their various homes around the world, with talk about the MAXI MINI often segueing into discussions on the M35/45, and how well executed this sport sedan is, and how ideal for the North American market.
