This includes every employee (over 29,900 persons), from engineers to designers, as well as representatives on the road. It's the first time in the history of the brand that GM offers its employees a bonus based on costumer loyalty.
In 2012, GM North American workers will receive a premium at the end of the year if the company reaches its objectives as far as keeping customers is concerned, the spokesperson however did not reveal how much extra they would make.
