Ka features a McPherson strut front suspension and a twist beam rear axle, while the chassis system has been tuned for ''precise levels of wheel geometry control, responsive steering and a very refined ride for a vehicle in this class.''

The steering system is a variable-rate rack-and-pinion, power-assisted system that's designed to be highly maneuverable into tight parking spaces.

Ka uses solid discs for its front brakes and smaller drums at the back, with an antilock system available.

However else the Ka would be equipped should it ever be approved for Canadian development remains to be seen.
