Ford and Harley Davidson are two American companies with serious marketing capabilities and customer loyalty. Their brand alliance, which has seen Ford's best-selling F150 pickups wearing Harley Davidson accents, has sold over 60,000 trucks since 1999.

Now in 2007, Ford and Harley will celebrate their 105th anniversaries with a special edition F150- the most powerful F-Series truck ever. It carries an available 5.4 litre V8 which is supercharged and intercooled 450 horsepower and 500 pounds feet of torque, driving the rear or all four wheels.

The 2008 F150 Harley Davidson comes with a choice of Menacing Black or two-tone Black with Vintage Copper exterior paint and numerous Harley Davidson motorcycle cues. A unique chrome billet grille and lower front valence set the front of the truck apart, while blacked-out headlamps and smoked taillights lend themselves to a mysterious, powerful look. The entire striking package rides on 22-inch wheels.

Todd Eckert, Ford Truck and SUV communications manager, says "the new 2008 Ford Harley-Davidson (tm) F-150 perfectly blends the flexibility and capability of F-Series trucks with the free spirit and raw power of Harley-Davidson motorcycles - the principles that continue to drive both companies after 105 years"
