Having brought new innovations to the luxury-car market with its exclusive Genesis at Home concierge service, Genesis Canada has now opened Genesis Downtown, its first retail boutique in Canada located on Queen St. East in downtown Toronto.
Consumers visiting the new boutique will learn more about the Genesis brand, including its design focused on athletic elegance, the fine-tuned performance capabilities of its cars, and especially its new human-centred approach. The latter rests mainly on online platforms in addition to modern and comprehensive boutiques that offer luxury-car buyers a shopping experience that is harmonized to their lifestyle.
Explained Shahin Alizadeh, Distributor Principal of the new boutique, "Genesis Downtown is another touchpoint for our customers. Since launch, our customers have expressed a desire to experience the brand in a more traditional automotive setting. As Genesis was built on the concept of human-centred luxury, this boutique provides another resource through which the brand can serve its customers."
Clients can still schedule a Genesis demonstration at home and a road test with a Genesis representative at the location of their choosing. Those living in the Greater Toronto Area can now also visit the luxurious and welcoming new Genesis boutique to learn more about the brand’s models (like the impressive 2017 Genesis G90), pricing and ownership benefits.
Genesis Canada first began operations in November 2016. The company plans to add three new boutiques and roughly 30 other independent Genesis establishments across the country between now and 2021.
