Turner Motorsports will have a second BMW M3 car in the GT championship on July 24th.
"The addition of a second GT M3 is something we've been working on for quite some time," said team owner Will Turner.
Peter Bassett of Boston will make his debut in the series on board of this second BMW M3, in New Jersey.
"We heartily welcome Peter to the team. I believe he has signed on at a perfect time and can learn a great deal during Paul's run for the championship," Turner added.
Paul Dalla Lana is currently third in the GT championship, 15 points behind the point leaders.
Testing will take place on Monday and Tuesday of this week for the No. 93 livery to be ready to race next weekend.
