Hankook and Kumho
Both of these South Korean brands produce good quality tires, however they are a bit less popular in the market - which is why I have not been able to try any of them in recent years. Having said that, I have overall confidence in their products (Wintercraft for Kumho and I-Cept and I-Pike for Hankook) which I would describe as mid-range.

I would also add the GT Radial tires because I have heard a lot of feedback from satisfied drivers about this product. The Nexen Winspike 3 (a South Korean brand that has been around for over 70 years) has also gained popularity while the Swedish brand Gislaved is now more available with its Nord Frost tire.
