CHRYSLER SELECTS KARMANN TO BUILD PRODUCTION VERSION OF CROSSFIRE
The Chrysler Group today announced it will build a production version of the Chrysler Crossfire concept vehicle in 2003, in conjunction with Karmann of Osnabrueck, Germany, a long-time DaimlerChrysler partner with nearly 100 years of manufacturing experience. "With head-turning design and world-class engineering, the production version of the Chrysler Crossfire will set the tone for the sports coupe of the future," said Dieter Zetsche, President and Chief Executive Officer, Chrysler Group.
