As reported some weeks ago by Auto123.com, HVM Racing has now confirmed that E.J. Viso will be back with the team for the 2009 IndyCar series season.
Viso, who had been in nomination for the Autosport Rookie of the Year Award, will be back for a second year with Keith Wiggin's team. Last year, the Venezuelan recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a season best fourth in St. Petersburg.
Good news also as harsh economic times are taking their toll on all motorsport series; Wiggins also confirmed that the team would field a second entry next year.
Rumours still place Robert Doornbos in the second seat.
