Connecting the automaker's 166 dealership parts departments nationwide, D2DLink will enable dealership parts personnel to more efficiently source needed replacement parts. As an added benefit, enterprising parts managers can also use D2DLink's proven tools to market dealership inventory helping to control idle, reduce obsolescence, and generate greater profit potential.
Selected as a linchpin to Kia Canada's 2010 major parts initiatives, D2DLink is designed to speed parts delivery and vehicle turnaround while enhancing customer satisfaction for greater brand and dealer point loyalty.
