This week’s Los Angeles Auto Show was the setting for Kia’s North American launch of the all-new 2017 Soul Turbo. Fitted with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission operating a 1.6L GDI engine capable of producing 201 HP, the Kia Soul Turbo ups the ante by 40 HP over the 2.0L, 4-cylinder model (161 HP) and by 71 HP over the 130-HP 1.6L engine version.
Among the many features Kia decked the new Soul model out with, exclusive 18-inch alloy wheels, Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto compatibility, and a navigation system featuring a tactile 8-inch screen. The newest Kia Soul will also feature a dual exhaust system, a first for the model range.
