Toyota is entering the green supercar arena with a high-tech gasoline-electric hybrid powerplant based upon the Volta concept displayed at last year's Paris Motor Show, and Honda's Acura brand is expected to offer hybrid power with its next-generation NSX. With a predicted production date of 2007 for all three cars, the race to build a better alternative-power supercar is on.
